These terms explain the basis on which All Starr Coaching discusses and provides in-person 1:1 personal training.

About the service

All Starr Coaching is the trading name of Paul Starr, sole trader. Training is provided in person, at an agreed training location, for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions may include use of training equipment, exercise instruction, and general lifestyle or nutrition guidance.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the website enquiry form does not create a booking, contract, or obligation to purchase services. Session availability, location, price, payment method, and any booking terms will be confirmed directly before a paid booking is made.

Health and safety

Personal training is physically demanding. Before training starts, you must provide accurate information requested for safe participation and tell us about any change that could affect your ability to train safely. You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where this is needed.

General nutrition guidance is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Cancellations and rearrangements

A cancellation and rearrangement policy will be agreed and confirmed with you before a paid booking is made. Until that policy is confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an agreed session.

Payment and consumer information

No payment is taken through this website. Before you enter into a paid arrangement, you will receive the applicable price, payment details, and the information needed to understand any cancellation rights and terms that apply.
