This notice explains how All Starr Coaching uses personal information submitted through this website.
Who is responsible for your information?
All Starr Coaching is the trading name of Paul Starr, a sole trader. You can contact us about this notice or your personal information at Paul@Allstarrcoaching.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your first and last name, contact number, the information you choose to include in your enquiry, your preferred contact date and time (if provided), and the date/time of the submission.
Please do not include medical, injury, medication, pregnancy, or other health information in the website enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange an initial chat if appropriate, and manage enquiries. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to prospective-client enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who can access it
Paul Starr can access your enquiry. It is stored in a password-protected database hosted with the website hosting provider. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain unsuccessful enquiries for no longer than 6 months, unless a longer period is needed to deal with a query or legal matter. If you become a client, we will explain the retention periods that apply to your client records separately.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the use of your information, and to ask for a copy of it. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Future health information
If health screening becomes necessary after you become a client, we will provide a separate notice explaining what is needed, why it is needed, how it will be protected, and the basis for handling it before collecting it.
